I’m a 47-year-old father, son, and brother who’s been through divorce, career changes, some wonderful times in life, and some difficult ones. I decided to write this blog because I have reached a point in life where I think differently about fatherhood, relationships, mental health, friendships, career, mistakes, and what comes next.
What Life’s Middle Miles means to me is that we’re far enough into life to know things don’t always go as planned, but there is still so much more life to live.
I’ll be the first to admit I don’t have it all figured out. I’m not a therapist or life coach. I’m here to share my story in hopes of connecting with others who may be going through, or have gone through, something similar.
If you’re somewhere in the middle too, maybe we can figure out a few miles together.
